so im trying to put a greedling cosplay together right? seems pretty easy, he’s wearing some pretty obtainable clothes and his hairstyle isn’t to hard to replicate

except.

i have one question.

what the fuck is this

image

is it a button up shirt? why doesn’t it have any buttons? what is that collar and why does it have a white trim? why is it sleeveless??

please if anyone knows what it is tell me, i’ve been trying to find out for so long and no one i have asked knows

i would like to know as well i've spent so much time looking at this character in both the show and fanart and i don't have any idea what that's supposed to be fma

fun writing idea I haven’t actually tried:

when you need to get information across about the setting, current events, worldbuilding, etc., but the characters should realistically already know it, try giving the character information one stage past what the audience needs to know. Instead of stating the common knowledge, say something (well, have a character say something) including and/or expanding on that common knowledge that one or more of the characters wouldn’t know.

It’s a bit tough to explain, so let me give an example. Let’s say you have a fantasy world with a number of races, and you want to list them off in some way. What I’m suggesting is something like having some characters discussing architecture, and they go through the differences in building styles between the different races. This provides the list for the audience, as well as establishing something about the races (their preferred building methods), and something about these characters (they really like architecture, they’re paying a lot of attention in school, possibly that they pay attention to things other people don’t, or something else depending on the specifics).

Again I haven’t actually tried this so if you do let me know if it works.

additionally if this is common advice or something i'm sorry i personally haven't heard this before but that doesn't mean no one's said it writing writing advice (of uncertain quality)

To everyone disappointed about Happy Kids not being available in your country so you can’t help with the crash- you can still support this event in other ways!

The goalpost of this weekend is to crash the app, yes, but the reason why we’re doing this is to show our support of the show- and you can show support in other ways if you still want to join in!

1: Spread the word so that US based fans have a higher chance of seeing this event. Spread it on twitter and tiktok! Make it a whole thing!

2: Ask a US fan to watch for you- whether if they have an extra device or if they can watch it twice for you. I know I’m going to set the eps up to watch multiple times.

3: Make shitposts! Let’s make it a whole bit: like this

image

(it doesn’t have to be just shitposts about crashing the app, have fun with it!)

4: Reblog/retweet your old art and posts! Queue/schedule them up if you’re not available on the weekend. Get the tag trending to no.1!

5: Message anyone who you know is on the LMK team. Send them your love and support! VA’s, storyboard artists, layout artists, writers, etc

If anyone has a list of the LMK team’s social medias or wants to make a list that would really help.

These are some ways I could think of off the top of my head, but people are free to add more :D

hmmm wonder if i can watch 2 seasons of this show in the next 2 days for this

Ayo we’re officially halfway through the @folkloretarot  kickstarter so I can share my Full Piece, the kick-ass Death card as represented by the Phoenix!

This deck is full of a huge array of stunning cards that are so so fun to look at - a bunch are visible on the official twitter as well as the kickstarter page so I recommend stopping by to check em out!

As for the kickstarter we still have 15 days left and are less than $300 from our FINAL stretch goal!! You know we’re getting those fancy tarot mats hohoho
